2015 World Series on FOX Analysis

ANN ARBOR, MI, November 6, 2015 –The following in-broadcast television statistics were compiled by Joyce Julius & Associates, which specializes in measuring the scope of sponsorships across all forms of media. 2015 World Series games 1-5 airing on FOX were monitored for announcer mentions.

New York's Citi Field, which hosted games 3, 4 and 5, was referenced by its proper name on 25 occasions during the broadcasts. In comparison, Kansas City's Kauffman Stadium was mentioned just 9 times.

Kansas City's winning manager Ned Yost was mentioned by name 25 fewer times than his counterpart Terry Collins of the Mets.

Kansas City Royals legend and Hall of Famer George Brett was acknowledged by the announcers 9 times, with 5 of the mentions occurring the the Game 1 telecast which featured Brett throwing out the ceremonial first pitch.
